APPROVAL STATEMENT:
This activity has been submitted to the Joint Commission on Allied Health Personnel in Ophthalmology (JCAHPO) for approval to award groups A, CE credits. JCAHPO does not imply approval or endorsement of any commercial products.

This activity has been submitted to the Greater Kansas City Chapter of ASPMN for approval to award contact hours. Greater Kansas City Chapter of ASPMN is accredited as an approver of continuing nursing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s COA.

SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION:
Successful completion is identified as attendance at each session for the designated time. Credit for a course hour will be denied to individuals who miss more than 15 minutes of that hour. Attendees should submit a completed verification form at the end of the last session for recognition of credits.
