To lead the direction for current and future goals related to all of ASORN’s publications, identify publication needs for the organization, developing marketing strategies and establish timelines for publication revisions.
Under the direction of the Chair, the committee will identify and research marketing opportunities for ASORN publications, review and edit marketing materials for ASORN publications, review existing publications on an established basis and recommend updates or revisions to the Board as required, recommend ideas for new publications, establish timelines for revisions, identify reviewers and assign sections for review, review post-tests, write new questions as needed, and pilot test under the guidance of the Provider Unit Director for ANCC COA compliance, and hold quarterly conference calls.
