- June 25: Academy and AAOE® and AAOP member registration open.
- July 9: Nonmembers registration open
- Aug. 6: Early registration fee deadline. Fees increase Aug. 8.
- Sept 17: Advance pricing fee deadline. Fees increase Sept. 19.
