Purpose
To develop and coordinate all aspects of the Annual Meeting Program.
Description
Under the direction of the Annual Meeting Director this committee will conduct annual program planning meeting, review the previous year's program planning and evaluation forms to assess participant needs and direction for next meeting, develop program topics, content and objectives, and secure faculty, assist faculty with course descriptions and instructional objectives, verify return of all speaker forms and course objectives, communicate ASORN program participant guidelines to presenters, supervise and monitor course presentations on site, introduce speakers as needed and identify a speaker and coordinate related activities for the Edna Ashy Award annually.
