Purpose
The purpose of the Webinar Committee is to assess, plan, implement and evaluate high quality educational offerings that are delivered via webinar.
Description
Under direction of the chair the committee will participate in conference calls several times per year, recommend topics for webinars, identify content for use as future webinar topics, identify and recruit appropriate speakers, establish annual schedule for webinars, coordinate collection of speaker forms: bio, disclosure, presenter agreement with staff by established deadlines, assist with writing and reviewing learning objectives, coordinate webinar logistics with staff, prepare several questions to ask during each webinar in the event there are no audience questions, summarize evaluation results to document key information, serve on ASORN Education Leaders Committee.
